The Hu-Friedy Masters Program is a specially designed training program for selected dealer sales representatives. 

Throughout the year, Hu-Friedy invites dealer sales representatives from around the United States and Canada to our facility in Chicago for 3 exhilarating and educational days.  The participants receive in-depth training on Hu-Friedy products and programs.  Sales representatives are selected by their local Hu-Friedy Regional Account Manager based on various criteria such as a desire to improve Hu-Friedy sales, type of territory, and experience.

Program Highlights

  • Comprehensive Factory Tour shows the numerous steps and intricacies involved in manufacturing high quality dental instruments.
  • Scalers and Curettes hands-on training, sales tools, and ideas to recapture scaler sales lost to retipping, and to replace instruments more frequently,
  • Strategies to implement the Instrument Management System - IMS, solving many instrument processing problems for dental offices.
  • Practice with the newest ergonomic and “ultimate Ultrasonic Insert” one of the hottest new products in the industry
  • A motivating presentation from Jim Meisenhiemer, a renowned sales strategy speaker provides strategies to strengthen and boost your selling efforts
  • Customized cassettes filled with new Hu-Friedy instruments are provided to educate dental professionals and increase sales.
