A 15% cash or free goods rebate will be given to dental professionals who are investing in their practice.
The 15% rebate is based solely on purchases of Hu-Friedy brand products and will be mailed directly to YOU!


To Qualify as a Set-Up Order, the following criteria MUST be met

 

  • Your order includes a minimum of 10 Infinity SeriesTM Cassettes or Signature Series® Cassettes.
  • Your dental order MUST include items from at least three instrument and cassette product categories AND at least three consumable product categories. (see additional information).
  • All Orthodontic orders MUST include orthodontic instruments AND at least three consumable product categories.
  • Participation in Hu-Friedy's HUSAVE℠ Volume Savings Program.
  • The total dealer invoice price for Hu-Friedy brand products is at least $3,000 U.S.D. (This does not include taxes, freight and shipping).
  • Set-Up orders for Canada must be equivalent to $3,000 U.S.D. based on the exchange rate in effect at the time the dealer invoice 
    is received by Hu-Friedy.
  • To receive the rebate, your name, address, telephone, email and social security or tax I.D. number must be provided on the order and on the setup form.
  • Valid through October 31, 2019. Invoices must be received by Hu-Friedy no later than November 30, 2019 to participate.

  • Only one check will be issued per Set-Up order. Therefore, you must submit all documentation only after you have been invoiced for all products ordered. Your rebate is based on your dealer invoice of Hu-Friedy brand product purchases, and does not include taxes, discounts or shipping charges. Rebate checks will be delivered to your office within eight weeks.
  • Educational programs, military, government, VA hospitals or other institutional accounts are not eligible for a rebate
  • Infinity Series™ Collection cassettes and Signature Series® Collection™ cassettes do not qualify for the 15% set-up rebate program. 
  • Hu-Friedy set-up instrument and cassette bundles do not qualify for the 15% set-up rebate program.
  • Please note that the inclusion of one of Hu-Friedy’s Infection Control Starter Packages*** on the set-up order automatically fulfills the three category consumable product requirement.
